We are Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc.
a non-profit community development organization dedicated to revitalizing Milwaukee’s
Silver City, Burnham Park, and Layton Park Neighborhoods. The LBWN neighborhood

The Layton Boulevard West neighborhood is conveniently located between Miller Park and the Mitchell Park
Domes, simply minutes from the freeway and only a short 7 minute drive to downtown. With the Menomonee
Valley right in our backyard, neighbors can easily walk to a Brewers game, enjoy a bike ride on the Hank

would like to get more involved, now is the time. As part of the Zilber
Neighborhood Initiative (ZNI) LBWN recently completed a year long Quality of
Life Planning process. This process involved the input and cooperation of
over 300 neighbors and partners within the Layton Boulevard West
neighborhoods and across the city. To view a copy of the plan click on the
image of the plan cover to the left. If you would like to stay up to date on the
progress of the plan and/or get involved please contact us or sign up for our
monthly e-newsletter using the sign up box to the left.
