We are Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc.
a non-profit community development organization dedicated to revitalizing Milwaukee’s
Silver City, Burnham Park, and Layton Park Neighborhoods. The LBWN neighborhood
is proud to be a Milwaukee Healthy neighborhood.

The Layton Boulevard West neighborhood is conveniently located between Miller Park and the Mitchell Park
Domes, simply minutes from the freeway and only a short 7 minute drive to downtown. With the Menomonee
Valley right in our backyard, neighbors can easily walk to a Brewers game, enjoy a bike ride on the Hank

For those of you who are already familiar with the LBWN neighborhoods and
would like to get more involved, now is the time. As part of the Zilber
Neighborhood Initiative (ZNI) LBWN recently completed a year long Quality of
Life Planning process. This process involved the input and cooperation of
over 300 neighbors and partners within the Layton Boulevard West
